Internship

Step into a 5CA department with a 3–6 month part-time internship. You’ll split your time between learning and contributing to ongoing projects, gaining relevant experience while making a real impact.

FAQ

The next round of 5CA Academy kicks off in September 2025. Mark your calendar!

You’ll spend 1–2 months in the Academy. If you move on to a part-time internship, that’ll last 3–6 months, depending on team needs.

Agents need to have worked at 5CA for at least 6 months and be up for working a 9–18 CET shift. That’s it!

You’ll need to dedicate up to 8 hours per week during the Academy. Half of that will be during your own time, so make sure you're ready to commit.

Good news: 5CA’s got you covered. We believe in investing in your growth, so you won’t pay a thing. The only thing we require is that you will be able to invest 4 hours per week of your personal time for 1 - 2 months.

Nope! Most of the content is flexible. Masterclasses will be scheduled ahead of time so you can plan around them.

Each track will accept a maximum of 10 students—that’s 20 total across all tracks. So bring your A-game.
